During any first degree (shodan) black belt video course training you can learn about some of the most critical Kyusho, as seen in the  FREE kyusho chart we publish here for you. But there are many more. Do not “play” with kyusho training because you can seriously injure your training partner. Knowledge of these points can have deadly affect and are extensively studies in other martial arts such as Dim Mak death striking.

This Kyusho Chart contains a small number of the actual Kyusho points that exist on the human body, so use extreme caution when practicing any kind of training that involves striking or applying pressure to any part of the human body.
